Assessment Systems International, Inc. (ASI) offers assessments, development resources, and services for leadership development, executive coaching, teams, sales, customer service, selection, and organization development.

He has written the Guide to Management & Leadership, Guide to Linking Within & Between Teams, High Performing Teams - Action Planning Workbook, and co-authored the Project Management Workbook.

ASI is the publisher and U.S. distributor for The Attentional & Interpersonal Style (TAIS) inventory, developed by Dr. Robert Nideffer. Dr. Nideffer is widely accepted as one of the top sport psychologists in the world. TAIS has been used in hundreds of organizations and performance enhancement programs throughout the world. TAIS is a performance based, self-assessment inventory used for executive coaching, leadership development, selection, team building, and sales training.

In 1997, ASI formed a strategic alliance with Dr. Herbert Kellner and The Institute for Training & Development to distribute the Sales Talent Assessment Review (STAR) and Sales Effectiveness Profile (SEP). Dr. Kellner's contributions to the field have been honored with the ASTD Professional Contribution Award and the European Award of Masters for Innovation.
