TEAM is a series of seven different short surveys. Each survey has seven questions that measure specific behavior and how important that behavior is to the team's success. The early surveys (numbers 1-4) focus on tasks.

Later TEAM surveys (numbers 5-7) focus more on team dynamics and interpersonal relations.

The clear and concise reports include expert advice to the team based on the responses.
