Focus on Sale Training Program Can be purchased or delivered by an ASI Representative.

The Focus on Sales Training Program is a one-day workshop designed to enhance professional sales representatives understanding of how their personal attentional and interpersonal characteristics can either positively or negatively effect the sales process.

Each participant must complete The Attentional & Interpersonal style (TAIS) inventory prior to attending this training program.

Agenda

  • Understand the relationship between anxiety and stress, to your ability to shift from one form of concentration to another.
  • Be able to pick up ques your clients are exhibiting that will allow you to adjust your style to match theirs.
  • Predict in advance what is likely to cause you stress, so you are able to handle that sales situation more effectively.
  • Identify specific actions you need to take immediately to improve your performance.
